Our 90-minute design consultation gives you focused, personalized guidance on whatever is standing between you and a space you love. Every session is tailored to you — come with questions, samples, or simply a feeling you cannot quite name.

Popular topics include paint color selection, furniture layout and space planning, pre-renovation planning, styling advice, incorporating existing furniture and heirlooms, and quick refreshes for events or seasonal updates.

Our full service design offering is a complete creative partnership from first concept to final installation — ideal for whole home projects, partial renovations, new construction, and everything in between.

We work closely with your architect and contractor at every stage, so nothing falls through the cracks and nothing compromises the design.

Every full service engagement includes an on-site kickoff meeting, floor plans and elevations, furniture and material sourcing, trade coordination and estimates, purchasing and order management, delivery coordination, installation management, and final styling of the completed space.

Construction Management

The design does not stop when construction begins.

Our construction administration service protects your design intent through every phase of the build — keeping trades accountable, decisions documented, and your project on track.

Services include architectural plan review, on-site material checks before demolition, bi-weekly site visits with detailed updates, contractor coordination and design adjustments as needed, and timely communication of any change orders.

Construction administration is a separate engagement from design services and does not include project management or general contracting responsibilities.

Billed at $125 per hour with a 10-hour minimum.
